This group of experts aims to provide the highest level of support and leadership to each Senior Housing community. This not only includes community team members, but also individual residents, their families and business associates.

Her focus is on community management, staff retention, and operating a positive NOI. Allison is the past President of the Iowa Assisted Living Association which supports Iowa Assisted Living communities through education and governmental affairs. And past Board Member with Iowa City Hospice.

Has a B.B.A. degree from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids. His major was in Accounting, with strong emphasis in Finance. Allen assists Senior Housing in an advisor role after transitioning to Senior Housing Consultants in 2018. With more than 25 years of experience in management, his focus is on strategic objectives by researching, evaluating, and reporting information related to current and new business opportunities.
