These audits provide valuable oversight and support to community team members to drive the highest resident satisfaction. Through detailed review and reporting, we are able to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals and the Illinois Department of Public Health. Safety and security is paramount to providing a comfortable living environment for all the residents who call our communities “home.”

Ongoing Support & Training– Senior Housing Management provides ongoing Manager and Coordinator Team support through monthly specialized training. Communities also team up with business partners to learn and implement the latest in innovative products and programming to continue to lead the Assisted Living industry.
